| Returns and cancellations (返品・キャンセル) | Governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. You can change or cancel a request until the end of the 7th of the month before the visit month, Japan time, and a cancelled request is refunded minus the USD 2 fee per ticket. For each ticket we cannot secure, we refund what you paid for it, including any taxes, minus the USD 2 fee and Stripe's costs, within 10 business days of release day. Secured venue tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. |

- Tickets Japan is an independent travel booking service. We reserve dated, timed venue entry on your behalf through the venue's official ticketing channel. We are not the venue and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Ghibli Museum, Studio Ghibli or Museo d'Arte Ghibli.
- Tickets Japan is operated from Canada. This notice is published so that the information Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引に関する法律) requires of online sellers is available in one place, whether or not the Act applies to a seller based outside Japan.
- Where a customer's own consumer law gives additional rights, those rights are not affected by this notice.
