Ghibli Museum, Mitaka

A museum of whimsy dedicated to the art of animation and all things Ghibli. Every visit is timed, every ticket is booked in advance, and no tickets are sold at the door.

How it works

Tell us when you want to go. We take care of release day.

1. Pick your date and entry time

Give us the first and last day you can visit, or ask for the earliest open day, and say whether you can enter in the morning, the afternoon or at any time. Every extra day and entry time is another chance to secure tickets for you and your family.

2. Pay with your own card

Check out in English, French, Spanish or Chinese with an international card. No Japanese phone number, address or card needed.

3. We secure your tickets for you

Once we secure your tickets, they will be emailed to you. If for some reason we cannot secure any of your requested dates and times, we refund what you paid, including any taxes, minus the non-refundable $2 processing fee on each ticket and the payment processor's costs.
